Qualifications

• 2 years in a clinical setting.
• 2 years of retail experience.
• Willing to become vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with daily tasks in a call-center setting.
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive medication reviews.
• Accurately reconcile medications.
• Send pharmacy and medical communications via phone or fax.
• Verify prescription information with pharmacies.
• Improve member access to medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare managers.
