Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in South Bend, IN, supporting the Genoa mental health pharmacy. You will dispense prescriptions under the supervision of a Pharmacist, manage inventory, handle orders, and assist with clerical duties while delivering medications as needed.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to use your own car to make deliveries if needed.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff.
• Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the Registered Pharmacist.
• Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies.
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders.
• Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records.
• Communicates with strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Delivering medications to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
