Qualifications
High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
Effective oral and written English communication.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and appropriate inventories of medications and supplies.
Ensure compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Communicate effectively with team members, physicians, and patients.
Prepare intravenous admixtures under the supervision of a pharmacist.
Compound medication according to standard pharmacy practices.
Deliver and fill medications accurately.
Prepare and package medications requiring special handling.
Maintain all necessary paperwork for medications.
Participate in departmental quality-assurance activities.
