The technician will assist with medication preparation, inventory, and distribution within a state healthcare environment. Minimum requirements include current Texas Pharmacy Technician registration, pharmaceutical assistance experience, and the ability to pass background checks, drug screen, and FBI fingerprinting.

Qualifications

• Current Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience in pharmaceutical assistance work.
• Ability to pass a urine drug screen and background checks.
• Must complete FBI fingerprint screening and maintain registration throughout assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication preparation for pharmacist review.
• Support inventory management and medication distribution.
• Perform clerical duties and pharmacy support tasks.
• Conduct medication-area inspections as required by the site.
