We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented VISTA Pharmacy Systems Analyst to join our expanding team and directly impact patient care through technology.

This on-site role in North Palm Beach, FL will own the deployment experience from planning to go-live, serve as a trusted advisor on implementation strategies,

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare information technology.
  • General knowledge of pharmacy procedures across all areas of a pharmacy department.
  • Proven experience in documentation, training, and IT support.
  • Proficiency with software applications supporting management and operational responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to assess, comprehend, and apply complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end VISTA pharmacy deployments — from planning and configuration to go-live support and post-deployment follow-up
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external customers on implementation strategies, equipment needs, software requirements, and interface coordination
  • Ensure data integrity by populating, verifying, and managing data entered into VISTA prior to and throughout deployment
  • Support data migrations from legacy systems and coordinate interfaces between VISTA and pharmacy equipment
  • Train and empower customer staff with hands-on instruction, documentation of competencies, and ongoing education
  • Partner with site managers to coordinate deployment timelines, training schedules, and operational readiness
  • Collect and analyze data to support pharmacy standards, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee computerized data management across all pharmacy packages, ensuring accuracy and system reliability

Role Responsibilities

A Pharmacy Analyst will:

You won’t just support a system — you’ll own the deployment experience from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:

Security and Privacy Responsibilities

Individuals working for DSS or any Subsidiary will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare information technology
  • General knowledge of pharmacy procedures across all areas of a pharmacy department
  • Proven experience in documentation, training, and IT support

Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a healthcare, pharmacy, or technology-related field
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification from a nationally accredited board OR active state licensure
Education

Post high school education.

Certification(s)/Licenses
  • Desired: Pharmacy Technician Certification from a national accrediting board or licensure in a state.
Years of Experience in a Similar Role

Required:

  • 1-year experience with healthcare information technology.
  • General knowledge of pharmacy procedures in all areas of a pharmacy department.
  • Experience in documentation, training, and information technology support
Compensation

The salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $59,000.00 to $69,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DSS, Inc.’s total compensation package for employees.
