Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers and directs incoming calls; provides courteous service.
• Restocks automated dispensing machines and maintains inventory.
• Manages machine database and verifies descriptions and counts.
• Prepares IV medications (non-hazardous and hazardous).
• Processes employee prescription refills and handles purchasing.
• Packages unit-dose medications and performs monthly inspections.
• Troubleshoots drug distribution processes and participates in quality audits.
