Job summary

HCA Healthcare, in collaboration with CHCP Dallas, seeks a Pharmacy Technician Instructor to lead competency-based education aligned with CHCP curricula. You will design instructional plans, deliver both in-person and blended courses, and ensure student success through ongoing assessment and feedback.

Qualifications

Teaching experience in a healthcare or classroom setting.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a pharmacy tech or pharmacist (or 3 years with an associate's degree).
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician and State Registered Technician certifications required.

Responsibilities

Designs and delivers instruction for residential and blended delivery.
Provides weekly feedback to students and tracks progress.
Maintains accurate records, attendance, and grading per policy.
Attends meetings and participates in program advisory activities.
