Job summary

The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP), now part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an instructor to facilitate competency-based education within the Pharmacy Technician program in Dallas, TX. You will design and deliver instructional plans for residential and blended delivery, meeting course competencies and supporting student success.

You will monitor learner progress, provide timely feedback, manage records and assessments, and contribute to program development through advisory committee

Qualifications

• Current Registration with Texas State Board of Pharmacy or National Pharmacy Tech Certification with PTCB or NHA.
• 4 years of in-field experience.
• 2+ years in hospital and sterile compounding; ACPE IV/Sterile Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver competency-based instruction for residential and blended formats.
• Provide weekly student feedback and mid-term performance guidance.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and related reports in line with policies.
• Attend and contribute to faculty, department, and school-wide meetings; participate in program advisory activities.
