Job summary

CHCP Healthcare and Educational Services LLC in Garland, TX is seeking an instructor to facilitate competency-based education in the College of Healthcare Professions. Qualifications

• National Certified Pharmacy Technician, State Registered Pharmacy Technician, or Registered Pharmacist.
• Experience: 5+ years as a pharmacy tech or pharmacist, or 3 years with an Associate's degree or higher.
• Experience in IV sterile compounding and hospital settings.
• Teaching or training experience preferred.
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician and State Registered Pharmacy Technician are required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers instruction for course competencies in residential and blended formats.
• Provides weekly feedback to students and supports struggling students to improve.
• Manages learning environment: attendance, grades, and reports, adhering to campus policies.
• Attends faculty and school-wide meetings and participates in at least one committee each year.
• Relates professional experience to curriculum and keeps current with industry trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
