Job summary

Thrifty White Pharmacy in Bemidji, MN is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to join a people‑focused, employee‑owned team and help deliver safe, efficient patient care. Training programs are provided to help you grow into a licensed technician while you work in the store.

You will participate in a structured technician training program, learn immunization certification and long-term care pharmacy, and gain hands-on experience under a dedicated preceptor with online modules and in-person coaching.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients.
• Supports the Pharmacist in Clinical Service offerings.
• Counts, measures, and packages medication in the appropriate container under pharmacist’s supervision and final approval to accurately fill prescriptions.
• Inputs prescriptions into the computer for accurate transmission to insurance companies.
