Job summary

VytlOne National Pharmacy Services is hiring a compassionate Pharmacy Technician to join our North Star Pharmacy in Charlestown, NH. This full-time position supports pharmacists, handles prescription orders, customer service, and daily operations.

Eligible candidates should have PTCB certification or be willing to obtain within six months, hold an active VT license, and at least two years of retail pharmacy experience. Salary ranges from $22 to $27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months (assistance provided)
• Active pharmacy technician license in the State of VT
• A minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service
• Computer experience mandatory
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to interact with diverse patients

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in providing effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy services.
• Greet customers and take prescription orders
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
• Answer the phone
• Input customer information into the computer system
