VytlOne National Pharmacy Services is seeking a compassionate, customer-service oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at North Star Pharmacy in Londonderry, VT. This full-time position offers growth in an integrated care model with clinic partners and flexible benefits.

The role involves assisting pharmacists, greeting customers, processing prescriptions, and handling cash; requires PTCB certification or ability to obtain within 6 months, VT license, and at least two years of retail

Qualifications

• Current PTCB certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Active pharmacy technician license in the State of VT.
• Minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience.
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
• Computer experience mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to operate pharmacy software/equipment proficiently.

Responsabilités

• Assist pharmacists in providing effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy services.
• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone.
• Input customer information into the computer system.
