CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient-centered service. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations when trained, and travel to stores as needed to ensure consistent patient care.

The role requires high school completion, state licensure requirements, and a strong commitment to patient safety and quality. You will join a caring, safety-focused team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; active enrollment is acceptable in some states.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on tasks, pivot between duties, ensure prescription labeling accuracy.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: assist patients with empathy and maintain a helpful demeanor.
• Communication Skills: clear verbal and written interactions with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate totals, days supply, and bottle counts for prescriptions.
• Problem Resolution: address patient or colleague concerns effectively.
• Physical Demands: able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
