CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment. You will assist with patient experiences, immunizations where permitted, and regulatory compliance while maintaining high standards of service in a busy retail pharmacy environment.

The role requires adherence to state board/licensure requirements and completion of CVS training programs, with emphasis on accuracy, empathy, and teamwork across shift schedules and store

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If the state board has no minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists.
• Provide empathetic patient service and assist at pickup, drive-thru, and via phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities and proper receiving and stocking tasks.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and be open to feedback.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel across stores in the market as needed.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and CVS policies to ensure safety and privacy.
• Deliver additional patient health services (e.g., immunizations) where allowed by law.
