Job summary

CVS Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team, ensuring safe, accurate prescriptions, immunizations eligibility, and excellent patient service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will complete training, meet state licensing requirements, and collaborate with pharmacists to manage workflow, inventory, and customer care while maintaining a compassionate, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• State board requirements or licensure varies by state; must meet local regulations.
• Active state licensure and national certification may be required.
• High school diploma or equivalent or currently enrolled in program.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with immunizations and other services where allowed by law.
• Follow SOPs and procedures to maintain patient safety and privacy.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with housekeeping of the pharmacy area.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered service and escalate issues as needed.
• Travel to stores within the market as needed to cover shifts.
