Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Follow SOPs to support safe, compliant operations.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law and training.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and cycles counts as directed by leadership.
