Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Aurora, IL to support pharmacy teams and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment. You will follow SOPs, assist in operations, and help deliver compassionate service to patients in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with immunizations where allowed, maintaining compliance with state guidelines, and contributing to a safe and inclusive store environment. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education and licensure/certification.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Contribute to accurate prescription labeling and safety of patient transactions.
• Assist pharmacy team with workflow at production, pick-up, drive-thru and drop-off stations.
• Provide empathetic customer service and support immunizations and other services where allowed by law.
