Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience, high school diploma, and willingness to learn through a rigorous training program.

Qualifications

• Must meet state board of pharmacy requirements including licensure/certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state
• 1–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience (preferred)
• Able to work 40 hours weekly with availability for nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and safely
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law
• Complete basic inventory tasks (cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bins)
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements to protect patient privacy and safety
