Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and patient-centered service in a retail setting. The role includes handling prescription processing, immunization support where allowed, and patient interactions at pickup and drive-thru.

You will complete required training and meet all state licensing and certification requirements, while adhering to SOPs and safety standards across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age/education/licensure.
• If state board does not specify a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or active enrollment in high school/equivalency program.
• State board licensure requirements vary by state; cross-state portability may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Contribute to inventory management: cycles counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories.
• Follow SOPs and protect patient privacy and safety.
