Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering accurate prescriptions with compassionate service. You will help ensure patient safety, follow SOPs, and assist with immunizations and in-store duties within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include attending shifts, maintaining labeling accuracy, and contributing to a safe, inclusive patient experience while complying with pharmacy regulations and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification.
• If state board does not mandate minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks and ensure accurate labeling.
• Customer service and team orientation — help patients and colleagues with a friendly manner.
• Communication skills for verbal and written interactions; active listening.
• Mathematical reasoning to determine Days Supply, dosage and counts.
• Problem resolution when interacting with patients/colleagues.
• Physical demands: mobility, lifting up to 20 lbs, standing for long periods.
