Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate patient care. You will help with immunizations, maintain inventory, and follow SOPs to ensure a smooth workflow in our store.

The role requires compliance with state board rules, a high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to travel within the market as needed. 40 hours per week, full-time, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment in high school or equivalency program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, accurately and promptly.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off).
• Deliver empathetic, patient-focused service at pick-up and over the phone; assist with immunizations and other services as allowed.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist in returns-to-stocks and waiting bin inventories.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and adapt to store scheduling and market needs.
