Job summary

CVS Health in Dubuque, IA is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our store pharmacy team. You will help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, assist patients with service needs, and follow SOPs to deliver compassionate care.

You may assist with immunizations where permitted, handle inventory tasks, and travel between stores as needed to meet business needs. The role requires completion of state requirements and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age/education rules.
• If no minimum age is set, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists with patient care.
• Process prescription fulfillment safely and accurately.
• Provide empathetic service at pick-up, drive-thru, and by phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and returns-to-stocks as directed by leadership.
• Support immunization services where permissible and assist with related duties.
