Baptist Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II or III to support pharmacists in the medication use process at Baptist Medical Center South. You will assist with preparation, compounding, inventory checks, and resolving insurance claims during dispensing, with cross training in a key functional area.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of pharmacy technician experience, active ALBOP Pharmacy Tech certification, and CPhT certification.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• Active ALBOP Pharmacy Tech certification required.
• CPhT certification required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA standards and regulations.
• Ability to type accurately and perform computer duties.
• Proficiency with pharmacy systems and related technology.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Pharmacist in preparation and compounding of pharmaceutical products.
• Assess inventory of pharmacy products.
• Resolve problems with insurance claims during dispensing.
• Cross training in a key functional area.
• Other duties within scope of the role as assigned.
