HealthPartners seeks a Pharmacy Technician III to assist in dispensing under a pharmacist, including IV sterile compounding per USP <797> and <800> standards. The role supports multiple sites with float between Maple Grove and nearby infusion locations, requiring adaptability to varying workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of internal technician experience, MN registration, and PTCB or ExCPT certification, with strong math, computer, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Internal Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• Must be registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Technician certification required (PTCB or ExCPT).
• Valid driver’s license and insurability criteria met.
• Strong computer skills with Epic and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Assist in timely, accurate dispensing of medications under a pharmacist.
• Perform IV sterile compounding and hazardous drug preparation per USP standards.
• Float between Park Nicollet Infusion Pharmacy sites as needed.
• Manage drug calculations, concentrations, and doses with accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
