The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a Pharmacy Technician III to assist a registered pharmacist with dispensing activities, verification of prescriptions, and medication preparation. This role requires SCBOP registration and PTCB certification, with 2 years of work experience preferred.

The position involves stocking supplies, potential label preparation, and light clerical tasks within the Pharmacy Investigational Drug Service and related units.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or Equivalent.
• Work Experience: 2 years.
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician by the State of South Carolina Board of Pharmacy (SCBOP).
• National certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) is required and must be maintained.
