Job summary

Trinity Health Muskegon seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support the retail pharmacy operations under general supervision. You will assist pharmacists with filling, processing and packaging prescriptions, and help maintain stock and records.

Requirements include high school education, Pharmacy Technician licensure and at least two years of pharmacy experience. This full-time, rotating shift position offers day-one benefits and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Licensure.
• Two years of pharmacy work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, packages, and distributes medication orders per physician request, pharmacist request, or prearranged work assignment according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintains adequate stock of medications and supplies according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintains logs, records, and other required files and documentation; answers telephone and pneumatic tube; and handles cash transactions.
