Qualifications

• Successful completion of an approved Pharmacy Technician training course is preferred.
• Previous pharmacy work experience is preferred; one year required for Registrar I.
• Registration with the Virginia Department of Health Professionals required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacist in providing Pharmaceutical Care.
• Interact with Pharmacists, nursing staff, patients, and vendors.
• Maintain familiarity with a large number of medications.
