Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
2+ years experience preferred.
Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist Intern licensed with the GA Board of Pharmacy.
PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Under direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, prepares, packages, and distributes medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
Assist patients at point-of-sale; collect money and provide receipts; prepare daily cash deposits.
Maintain refrigerator logs and pharmacy cleanliness; ensure medications are in date through monthly inspections.
Transcribe physician orders into patient drug profiles and manage inventory per PAR levels.
Float to other pharmacies as needed by leadership; support workflow improvements.
