Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• TX Board of Pharmacy certification/registration required (RPH-INT or PHT).

Responsabilités

• Enter medication orders from doctors’ sheets or prescriptions; fill per label and formulary.
• Perform IV admixtures using aseptic techniques under supervision.
• Deliver medications to patients and manage cart delivery to floors.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and assist in pharmaceutical care tasks.
