Responsibilities

• Enter prescription orders accurately.
• Calculate dosing and assign directions as prescribed.

• Contact insurers about coverage/authorization issues.
• Conduct outreach to resolve prescription issues with patients/providers.
• Assist patient assistance programs and financial support options.
• Support operations/customer service, including walk-in patients.
• Fill, package, and ship prescription orders.
• Assist with inventory and stock put-away.
• Operate cash register and process payments.
• Distribute medication orders to patients.
