Job summary

HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge seeks a Pharmacy Technician II who will perform non-sterile compounding, unit dose preparation, and medication delivery under pharmacist supervision.

The role requires a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with Colorado DORA certificate or provisional certificate, high school diploma, and preferred prior pharmacy tech experience. Must demonstrate attention to detail and strong communication skills, with minimal supervision and an orientation of 4–6 weeks.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with Colorado Board of Pharmacy (DORA) certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills required.
• Minimal supervision with initiative in following policies.

Responsibilities

• Non-sterile compounding and unit dose drug preparation.
• Deliver medications to patient care areas and check storage areas for outdates.
• Assist with billing and other duties as assigned.
