A demanding job that requires great interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with patients and other caregivers. The position is proficient in documentation in Electronic Medical Record. Pharmacy Technician II- Medication History also performs duties with the pharmacy including, but not limited to, medication distribution, intravenous admixture, pharmacy automation, and general pharmacy service operations. Under the supervision of the pharmacist, assists in the preparation and distribution of medications utilizing automation, packaging, labeling, charging, compounding, data entry, and delivery. The Pharmacy Technician II-Medication History works under the direct supervision of licensed pharmacists to obtain medication history information for patients admitted to the hospital, and is employed by Mosaic Life Care.
