Qualifications

• Six (6) months of previous hospital pharmacy experience.
• Registered State Board of Pharmacy Technician (CT PHRMTEC).
• Competency certification of IV admixture preparation and compounding is required upon hire or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication orders (excluding IV chemotherapy) per hospital policies and state/federal regulations.
• Accurately fill medication orders and maintain records.
• Collaborate with the patient, family, and healthcare team while ensuring attention to detail.
