Job summary

MaineHealth Corporate is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II to support the care team in the storage, handling, preparation, and distribution of medications. This role operates in an independent capacity within the pharmacy practice area and supports pharmacists and peers to ensure safe, accurate dispensing and medication management.

Required are a high school diploma or equivalent, a current or eligible state license as a Pharmacy Technician, and at least six months of licensed technician

Qualifications

• Six months of experience as a licensed pharmacy technician.
• Current or eligible for applicable state license as a Pharmacy Technician; CPhT preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and care team in the storage, handling, preparation, and distribution of medications within MaineHealth.
