• Operate pharmacy technology and automated dispensing systems; maintain USP 797 standards and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure safe handling and disposal of medications.
• Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives.
• Train and mentor new pharmacy technicians as needed.
• Maintain advanced expertise in specialized pharmacy practice areas.
• Support customer service and patient care through collaboration with healthcare teams.
