Mercy Hospital - St. Louis is seeking a Pharmacy Technician (Full-Time) to support pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications. The role emphasizes compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and patient safety under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalence exam.
• Actively registered, in good standing, with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or willing to submit application for registration by first day of work. This includes submitting fingerprints for FBI background check.
• 1-year relevant pharmacy experience preferred but not required (Tech I).
• 1-year relevant pharmacy experience required; 2 years preferred (Tech II).
• 3-year relevant pharmacy experience required (Tech III).
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) (Tech II/III).
• Successfully complete pharmacy department orientation.
