Job summary

HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II to join our pharmacy team. You will work under the direct supervision of the attending pharmacist, assist with compounding, dispensing medications, and maintaining drug inventory and patient records.

Responsibilities include procuring and distributing medications per requests, accurately prepackaging medications, and delivering them to patient care areas on schedule. Attention to controlled substances documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• PharmTech Pharmacy Technician License.
• High School Graduate / GED.
• 1 year of experience required.

HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital is a purpose-guided healthcare provider. We are a four-story, 150,000-square-foot hospital. We have 70 private beds and a six-bed private ICU. We provide a full range of acute care services including emergency services, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging, and inpatient and outpatient surgery.
