Memorial Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Illinois. The role involves preparing and distributing medications under a pharmacist's supervision, maintaining accurate inventory, and preserving patient records in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, a formal tech training program or two years of experience, and an Illinois license with PTA certification (PTCB/ExCPT). On-site, full-time, day shift with occasional weekend coverage.

Full time; Primarily day shift (coverage on other shifts as needed); Every 3rd weekend rotation; Under the direct guidance and supervision of a licensed Pharmacist(s), and following all Federal and State regulations, prepares and distributes medications and maintains drug inventory and patient records.

Education: High School diploma/GED required. Must meet one of the following:
Demonstrates competency and ability to work in at least two of the following areas:
Current State of Illinois Technician license required. Pharmacy Technician Certification through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board-(PTCB) or the Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT) required with the following exceptions:
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication, problem solving, basic math, and customer relations skills. Demonstrates basic computer knowledge, with the ability to operate keyboard and mouse to access and store information into an electronic database. Ability to push, pull, and transport up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods of time.
$18.34 - $28.42. Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
