HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II to support the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist and within the scope defined by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

• Works independently with minimal supervision. Organizes and prioritizes work assignments. Ensures pharmacy services are provided in a timely manner.
• Attendance, punctuality, punches in and out appropriately
• Meets dress code. Wears identification badge at all times.
• Performance demonstrates efforts to improve patient satisfaction, lower cost, and improve quality.

Job Summary and Qualifications

• Attends mandatory staff meetings or keeps current on dept. communication and information. Reviews and signs pharmacy staff meeting minutes. (must have sign or attend meetings 100% of the time)
• Meets dress code. Wears identification badge at all times.
• Performance demonstrates efforts to improve patient satisfaction, lower cost, and improve quality. Familiar with non-formulary policy and therapeutic substitutions at CRMC.
