Responsibilities

• Maintain security and proper storage of sterile products and reconstituted injectables.
• Deliver controlled substances to nursing stations and Automated Dispensing Machines after Pharmacist dispensing.
• Deliver medications to patient care units, ensuring security and accuracy.
• Accurately process provider orders and maintain records.
• Manage incoming telephone calls and triage appropriately.
• Reconcile patient accounts by adjusting returned doses.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks for assigned storage locations.
• Provide excellent customer service to health system staff, patients, and visitors.
