Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Illinois Pharmacy Technician License within 60 days of hire.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (within 2 years) or Pharmacist Student Certificate (NHA or PTCB)

Responsibilities

• Answer the door and telephone.
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Check stock for drugs to reorder.
• Process and prepare medication orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean work environment.
• Assist with hospice packs and ice packs as needed.
• Obtain and maintain Illinois Pharmacy Technician Certification within 2 years of hire.
• Obtain and maintain Illinois Pharmacy Technician Licensure within 60 days of hire.
