Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist pharmacists with prescriptions by counting, labeling, and pricing prescriptions.
• Ensure customers receive all prescriptions and file prescription forms.
• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing for invoices, claims, and reports.
• Assist customers in locating over-the-counter items.
• Maintain knowledge of the pharmacy scheduling system and data entry tasks.
• Receive and prepare stock and maintain inventory.
