Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance.
• Help pharmacists prepare prescriptions by counting, labeling, and pricing prescriptions.
• Ensure customers receive all their prescriptions.
• File written prescription forms after prescriptions are dispensed.
• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing system for invoices, reports, and claims.
• Assist customers in locating over-the-counter items.
• Support inventory ordering, stock, and shelf presentation in the pharmacy.
