Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Help pharmacists prepare prescriptions by counting, labeling, and pricing.
• Ensure customers receive all prescriptions.
• File written prescription forms after dispensing.
• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing system for invoices and reports per policy.
• Help customers find over-the-counter items.
• Maintaining knowledge of MPP scheduling and data entry.
• Maintain attendance and vacation log information.
• Order, stock and return pharmacy inventory through proper supplier.
• Assist in processing outdates and credits and inventory preparation.
• Maintain pharmacy department supplies and adhere to policies.
• Observe safety standards and maintain personal appearance policy.
• Work within management planning guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Maintain respectful, fair treatment of co-workers.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
