Hannaford Pharmacy in Rockland, ME is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists with prescriptions, claims, and customer service. You will greet customers, help with over-the-counter items, maintain inventory, process insurance claims, and ensure adherence to the Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Training provided as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist pharmacists by counting, pouring, labeling, and pricing prescriptions.
• Ensure customers receive all prescriptions and file forms.
• Prepare and submit manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing, invoices, and daily reports per policy and law.
• Assist customers in locating over-the-counter items.
• Manage inventory and stock pharmacy supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the pharmacy department.
• Adhere to company policies and Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual.
• Maintain a neat appearance and comply with dress code.
• Support safety standards and report repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
