• Serve as call center agent; answer calls or forward to pharmacist or pharmacy administration.
• Prepare and package medications for outpatient use.
• Independently resolve online adjudication problems with third party payors.
• Replenish pharmacy stock area and notify inventory coordinators of concerns.
