Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processes, labels, documents, packs, and coordinates delivery of prescriptions to customers.
• Accurately fills prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Reviews patient medical information for completeness and medication history.
• Performs data entry and processes pharmacy insurance claims and rejections.
• Performs activities related to pharmacy technician scope of practice.
• Assists with customer service needs including phones, delivery coordination, and pharmacy programs.
• Assists with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and removing outdated items.
• Stocks and processes pharmacy supplies and uses automation systems as needed.
