• File written prescription forms after dispensing.
• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing for invoices, claims, and reports.
• Help customers locate over-the-counter items.
• Maintain knowledge of the MPP scheduling system.
• Assist in data entry of MPP information.
• Maintain attendance and vacation logs.
• Understand Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual.
• Order, stock, and maintain inventory from suppliers.
• Assist in processing outdates and credits.
• Prepare pharmaceutical products for inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the department.
• Maintain department supplies.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
