Responsibilities

• Assist licensed pharmacist with preparation and distribution of medications.
• Accurately select, prepare, and label medications for patients.
• Assist with medication distribution tasks and inventory control.
• Screen phone calls and route them using proper etiquette.
• Document medication admission histories and data entry into the pharmacy system.
• May assist in training technicians and extenders.
