Job summary

The University of Central Florida Board of Trustees seeks a Pharmacy Technician for the Student Health Services Pharmacy. Under a licensed pharmacist, you will assist in dispensing medications and healthcare products to patients and campus customers.

Responsibilities include entering prescriptions, processing third‑party billing and prior authorizations, inventory management, and supporting the dispensing workflow to handle 300+ prescriptions daily.

Qualifications

• Florida State Board of Pharmacy registration required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of filling prescriptions.
• Enter prescription data into the computer and handle third‑party billing.
• Manage inventory and stock, including ordering and handling new shipments.
• Greet patients and assist pharmacists, nurses and staff.
• Assist in daily dispensing workflow and support 300+ prescriptions per day.
